Designing for the Indian Home

European living systems are designed for two people, mild summers and dinner at seven. The Indian home is humidity, turmeric, festivals, and three generations under one roof. Importing the aesthetic without re-engineering the substance is how luxury fails here.

What we change

Marine-grade substrates in every wet zone. Hardware load-rated for vessels, not crockery. Masala storage engineered as seriously as wine storage. Surfaces tested against haldi, not just coffee.

What we keep

The discipline. Millimetre tolerances, edited palettes, the refusal to decorate. The grammar is universal; the vocabulary must be local.
